If you open your ‘My Account’ page while logged in and select ‘Make a Withdrawal’, you’ll see an overview of all the ways you can withdraw money. You'll also see the minimum and maximum limits for each type of withdrawal.
You can always withdraw with cryptocurrency. You'll also have the option to withdraw money to e-wallet accounts such as Universalpay.
We charge a minimum of 0.1% to a maximum of 5%, depending on the method of withdrawal. You may want to check whether your bank or third party provider charges a fee, as we can’t control any external costs.
How long will my withdrawal take?
This information can be found on the ‘Make a Withdrawal’ page in your account. Typically, you’ll receive a Universalpay withdrawal within 12 hours, cryptocurrency withdrawal 12hours working days.
In rare cases (typically large withdrawals), we may need to ask for further information or documents before processing your request. We take the safety of your money very seriously, and these extra measures are required by law, to prevent any fraudulent activity. Our checks shouldn’t take long, and we’ll notify you as soon as the transaction is processed.
Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived yet?
If after the given period of time your money still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll investigate. Remember not to count weekends and public holidays as working days.
